Breath Club
functional breathing for
people who live in motion
project
For movers, athletes
and modern rebels
who want to feel, move and perform better, without overcomplicating anything.
Is your breathing working for you?
You breathe around 20,000 times a day. How many of them are actually
working for you?
We assume that because breathing is always ‘there’ for us, it’s working fine.
But just because breathing is automatic doesn’t mean it’s efficient.
In a world that never slows down, dysfunctional breathing flies under the radar. It’s the "silent glitch" in your system. It doesn’t usually hurt, but it quietly holds you back from your full potential.
Instead of pain, it shows up as
a series of compensations:
The Mental Fog: Struggling with focus despite that third espresso.
The "Wired but Tired" Loop: Feeling on edge even when you’re trying to recover.
The Performance Wall: Hitting a ceiling in your workouts that no amount of ‘more’ can fix.
The Physical Toll: Nagging neck tension and lower back instability that won't clear up.
Most common sub-optimal breathing patterns that fly under the radar:
(01)
Mouth breathing (at rest, during training, or during sleep)
(02)
Upper chest–dominant breathing
(03)
The feeling that you “can’t quite get a deep enough breath”
(04)
Getting breathless or fatigued faster than expected during exercise
(05)
Frequent yawning or sighing
(06)
Feeling lightheaded, tense, or stressed without an obvious reason.
If you recognise yourself in these patterns, you aren't doing anything wrong.
You’ve just developed a system that’s working overtime to keep you going.
The good news? This isn't permanent. Like any other movement pattern, breathing can be assessed, understood, and retrained.
At Breath Club, we don’t do "ultra-zen." We do functional. We retrain your foundation so you can stop thinking about your breath and start using it as a tool that
works for you, not agains you.
Hi, I’m Yulia
and I'm excited that you landed here!
I abelieve that breathwork doesn't have to be mystical or complicated to be powerful.
I never resonated with the silent, perfect, ultra-Zen version of wellness. And I found breathwork not through spiritual retreats, but through real life experiences - over stretching myself during dance work, pushing hard, training, performing, moving countries and riding through seasons where everything felt too loud or too fast.
My style of teaching isn’t about performing calm. It’s about finding freedom through breath - with rhythm, movement, community, laughter and humanity.
So if you’re a mover, an athlete, a creative or simply someone who wants to feel more in tune with your body and breath - you're in the right place!
