Hi, I’m Yulia.
It’s so good to have you here!
My mission is helping people who move, create, train, and push themselves to have more energy, better recovery, less stress, and a stronger connection to their body.
All through something most people completely overlook:
their breath.
I’m deeply passionate about movement, performance, and the human body.
But I’m also aware of how easily people - especially dancers and athletes - push themselves without having the tools to recover, regulate, and sustain that effort long-term.
This is something I want to change.
I care about helping people build a more sustainable relationship with their body - one where performance and well-being don’t cancel each other out.
Being a professional dancer for over a decade, I constantly pushed my body, resulting in hitting the same wall:
→ I wasn’t recovering fast enough.
→ I felt fatigued.
→ My sleep wasn’t great.
→ At times, I even experienced panic attacks.
That’s when I started studying breathing more seriously - getting certified in traditional pranayama and science-based methods like Oxygen Advantage.
Yes - it improved my endurance, recovery, and stress levels.
But more importantly, it shifted my whole relationship with my body and gave me a sense of trust and autonomy in how I care for myself.
So I can support my body sustainably, without losing the ability to push my limits when I need to.
And that’s exactly what I want to help you experience too.
How I Work:
I don’t see breathwork as a separate practice.
For me, it’s a tool to understand and support your whole system.
My coaching combines:

No complicated routines.
No guru vibes.
No pretending to be calm and zen at all times.
We use simple, effective tools that you can actually implement - in training, in work, in life.
